The notice was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 6 by Jennifer M. Jones, Deputy Executive Secretary.

Summary: The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is rescinding two systems of records from its existing inventory of systems of records subject to the Privacy Act of 1974. The FDIC systems of records titled FDIC-001, Honors Attorney Applicant Records, and FDIC-011, Corporate Applicant Recruiting, Evaluating, and Electronic Referral Records, were established to support the recruiting and evaluating of applicants for FDIC employment.
