Summary: In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is modifying an existing system of records titled FDIC-004, "Changes in Financial Institution Control Ownership Records." The information in this system of records is used in support of the FDIC's regulatory and supervisory functions.
