WASHINGTON, Oct. 19 -- Federal Communications Commission has issued a rule called: Upper C-Band (3.98-4.2 GHz); Expanding Flexible Use of the 3.7 to 4.2 GHz Band.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 19 by Marlene Dortch, Secretary, Office of the Secretary.
