FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: PROTECTING AGAINST NATIONAL SECURITY THREATS IN DOMESTIC TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICE

WASHINGTON, May 8 -- Federal Communications Commission has issued a proposed rule called: Protecting Against National Security Threats in Domestic Telecommunications Service.
