WASHINGTON, Oct. 21 -- Federal Communications Commission has issued a notice called: Establishment of the 4.9 GHz Band Manager Selection Federal Advisory Committee.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 21 by David Furth, Deputy Bureau Chief, Policy Division, Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau.
Summary: The Federal Communications Commission (FCC or Commission) is publishing this notice to announce the intent to establish of 4.9 GHz Band Manager Selection Federal Advisory Committee (FAC). The Commission has determined that establishing the Committee is necessary and in the public interest.
