The rule was published in the Federal Register on March 20 by B.G. Chew, Group Manager, Operations Support Group, Western Service Center.

Summary: This action establishes Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface at Birch Creek Airport, Birch Creek, Alaska (AK). This action supports the safety and management of instrument flight rules (IFR) operations at the airport.
