WASHINGTON, June 30 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a rule called: Airworthiness Directives; Transport and Commuter Category Airplanes.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on June 30 by Christopher R. Parker, Acting Deputy Director, Compliance & Airworthiness Division, Aircraft Certification Service.
Summary: The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all transport and commuter category airplanes equipped with a radio (also known as radar) altimeter.
