WASHINGTON, April 24 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a rule called: Airworthiness Directives; Pratt & Whitney Engines.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on April 24 by Brian Knaup, Acting Deputy Director, Integrated Certificate Management Division, Aircraft Certification Service.
Summary: The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Pratt & Whitney (PW) Model F117-PW-100, PW2037, PW2037D, PW2037M, PW2040, and PW2040D engines.
