WASHINGTON, May 13 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a rule called: Airworthiness Directives; Dassault Aviation Airplanes.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on May 13 by Steven W. Thompson, Acting Deputy Director, Compliance & Airworthiness Division, Aircraft Certification Service.
Summary: The FAA is superseding Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2023-22-10, which applied to certain Dassault Aviation Model FAN JET FALCON, FAN JET FALCON SERIES C, D, E, F, and G airplanes. AD 2023-22-10 required revising the existing maintenance or inspection program, as applicable, to incorporate new or more restrictive airworthiness limitations.
