WASHINGTON, April 6 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a rule called: Airworthiness Directives; Dassault Aviation Airplanes.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on April 6 by Steven W. Thompson, Acting Deputy Director, Compliance & Airworthiness Division, Aircraft Certification Service.
Summary: The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Dassault Aviation Model FALCON 2000EX airplanes. This AD was prompted by a report of simultaneous failures of the main DC buses powered by Generator 1 (GEN1), and Generator 2 (GEN2) after flap extension during approach.
