WASHINGTON, July 10 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Revocation of Class E Airspace; Point Pleasant, WV.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 10 by Jerry J. Creecy, Acting Manager, Operations Support Group, ATO Central Service Center.

Summary: This action proposes to revoke Class E airspace at Point Pleasant, WV. The FAA is proposing this action due to the cancellation of the instrument procedures at Mason County Airport, Point Pleasant, WV. This action would bring the airspace into compliance with FAA orders and support instrument flight rule (IFR) procedures and operations.
