The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 28 by B.G. Chew, Group Manager, Operations Support Group, Western Service Center.
Summary: This action proposes to modify Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface at Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital Heliport, Lincoln, OR. This action would support the safety and management of instrument flight rules (IFR) operations at the airport.
