WASHINGTON, Sept. 4 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Modernizing Medical Standards for Non-Insulin Dependent Diabetes Mellitus Cases.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 4 by Susan Northrup, Federal Air Surgeon, Office of Aerospace Medicine.
