WASHINGTON, July 21 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Establishment of Class E Airspace; Mountain Home, TX: Withdrawal.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 21 by Jerry J. Creecy, Acting Manager, Operations Support Group, ATO Central Service Center.

Summary: This action withdraws the notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) published in the Federal Registeron April 7, 2026, proposing to establish Class E airspace at Rancho Paraiso Airport, Mountain Home, TX. The FAA has determined that withdrawal of that NPRM is warranted while it reevaluates newly-received airspace data.
