The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on April 7 by Jerry J. Creecy, Acting Manager, Operations Support Group, ATO Central Service Center.
Summary: The FAA is correcting an NPRM that published in the Federal Registeron April 1, 2026, proposing to establish Class E airspace at Jewett, TX. Subsequent to publication, it was discovered that the NPRM was published with the wrong docket number used in two instances. This action corrects those typographic errors.
