The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on June 5 by Courtney E. Johns, Acting Manager, Operations Support Group, ATO Central Service Center.
Summary: This action proposes to establish Class E airspace at Jefferson, TX. The FAA is proposing this action as the result of new instrument procedures being established at Cypress River Airport, Jefferson, TX. This action would bring the airspace into compliance with FAA orders and support instrument flight rule (IFR) procedures and operations.
