WASHINGTON, Feb. 24 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Airworthiness Directives; The Boeing Company Airplanes.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 24 by Peter A. White, Deputy Director, Integrated Certificate Management Division, Aircraft Certification Service.
