WASHINGTON, March 16 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Airworthiness Directives; Rolls-Royce Deutschland Ltd & Co KG Engines.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on March 16 by Peter A. White, Deputy Director, Integrated Certificate Management Division, Aircraft Certification Service.
