WASHINGTON, Sept. 9 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Airworthiness Directives; Airbus SAS Airplanes.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 9 by Brian Knaup, Acting Deputy Director, Integrated Certificate Management Division, Aircraft Certification Service.

Summary: The FAA proposes to supersede Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2023-07-02, which applies to all Airbus SAS Model A330-200, -300, -800, and -900 series airplanes; and Model A340-200, -300, -500, and -600 series airplanes.
