ATLANTA, Sept. 24 -- The U.S. Department of Justice's Federal Bureau of Investigation Atlanta Field Office issued the following press release:
The FBI is offering up to a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Julious George Khalid. Khalid is wanted in connection to an August kidnapping and extortion case.
On August 7th, Khalid and others allegedly portrayed themselves as law enforcement and stopped a victim at gunpoint on I-20 near Panola Road. The victim was released after being extorted out of a large amount of money.
A federal judge issued an arrest warrant for Khalid on September 18th, 2026, charging him with kidnapping.
