EXECUTIVE OFFICE FOR IMMIGRATION REVIEW ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: CIVIL MONEY PENALTY FOR ACTIONS IN CONTEMPT OF AN IMMIGRATION JUDGE'S PROPER EXERCISE OF AUTHORITY

WASHINGTON, July 30 -- Executive Office for Immigration Review has issued a proposed rule called: Civil Money Penalty for Actions in Contempt of an Immigration Judge's Proper Exercise of Authority.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 30 by Sirce E. Owen, Acting Director, Executive Office for Immigration Review, Department of Justice.
