WASHINGTON, Feb. 26 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Wyoming: Approval of State Coal Combustion Residuals Permit Program.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 26 by Lee Zeldin, Administrator.

Summary: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA or the Agency) is approving the Wyoming partial coal combustion residuals (CCR) permit program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). After reviewing the CCR permit program application submitted by the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (WDEQ), EPA has determined that Wyoming's partial CCR permit program meets the standard for approval under RCRA.
