ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY ISSUES RULE: SODIUM SALT OF ACIFLUORFEN; PESTICIDE TOLERANCE

WASHINGTON, Sept. 29 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Sodium Salt of Acifluorfen; Pesticide Tolerance.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 29 by Charles Smith, Director, Registration Division, Office of Pesticide Programs.

Summary: This regulation establishes a tolerance for residues of sodium salt of acifluorfen in or on sugar beet. UPL NA, Inc. requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
