ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY ISSUES RULE: REPORTING DEADLINE EXTENSION FOR THE HEALTH AND SAFETY DATA REPORTING RULE UNDER TOXIC SUBSTANCE CONTROL ACT (TSCA) SECTION 8(D)

WASHINGTON, May 22 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Reporting Deadline Extension for the Health and Safety Data Reporting Rule Under Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA) Section 8(d).

The rule was published in the Federal Register on May 22 by Lee Zeldin, Administrator.

Summary: The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking final action to extend the reporting deadline for the Health and Safety Data Reporting Rule under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) by one year to May 21, 2027.
