WASHINGTON, April 10 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Polyethylhexyl Glycidyl Ether Polyethylene Oxide Copolymer in Pesticide Formulations; Exemption From the Requirement for a Tolerance.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on April 10 by Charles Smith, Director, Registration Division, Office of Pesticide Programs.

Summary: This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of polyethylhexyl glycidyl ether polyethylene oxide copolymer (CAS Reg. No. 82780-16-3) when used as an inert ingredient (wetting agent or surfactant) on growing crops and raw agricultural commodities pre- and post-harvest limited to no more than 10% by weight of the pesticide formulation.
