WASHINGTON, May 29 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Partial Approval and Partial Disapproval of Air Quality Implementation Plans; Hawaii; Regional Haze State Implementation Plan for the Second Implementation Period.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on May 29 by Michael Martucci, Acting Regional Administrator, Region IX.
