WASHINGTON, Aug. 13 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Determination of Attainment by the Attainment Date and Clean Data Determination for the 2012 Annual Fine Particulate Standard; Plumas County, California.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 13 by Michael Martucci, Acting Regional Administrator, Region IX.
