WASHINGTON, Aug. 20 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Air Plan Approval; Wisconsin; Moderate Attainment Plan Elements for Wisconsin's 2015 Ozone Standard Areas.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 20 by Anne Vogel, Regional Administrator, Region 5.
