WASHINGTON, April 16 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Air Plan Approval; Pennsylvania; Redesignation Request for the Allegheny County Area for the 2012 Annual Fine Particulate Matter Standard.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on April 16 by Amy Van-Blarcom Lackey, Regional Administrator, Region III.
