WASHINGTON, April 9 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Air Plan Approval; Missouri; Revisions to Existing Rule 10 CSR 10-5.570; Control of Sulfur Emissions From Stationary Boilers.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on April 9 by James Macy, Regional Administrator, Region 7.
