WASHINGTON, Aug. 27 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Air Plan Approval; Michigan; 2015 Ozone Moderate Reasonably Available Control Technology.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 27 by Anne Vogel, Regional Administrator, Region 5.
Summary: The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving revisions and additions to Michigan Air Pollution Control Rules (MAPCR) Parts 6 and 8 for inclusion in the Michigan State Implementation Plan (SIP).
