WASHINGTON, Oct. 8 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Air Plan Approval; Kentucky; Louisville Area Limited Maintenance Plan for the 1997 8-Hour Ozone NAAQS.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 8 by Kevin McOmber, Regional Administrator, Region 4.
