WASHINGTON, Feb. 26 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Air Plan Approval; Connecticut; State Implementation Plan Revisions Required as a Result of a Definition Change Due to the Ozone Reclassification.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 26 by Mark Sanborn, Regional Administrator, EPA Region 1.
