WASHINGTON, April 30 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Utah; Northern Wasatch Front; 2015 8-Hour Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards; Reconsideration and Repeal of Finding of Failure To Attain and Reclassification to a Serious Nonattainment Area; Determination of Attainment by the Moderate Attainment Date But for International Emissions.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on April 30 by Cyrus M. Western, Regional Administrator, Region 8.
