WASHINGTON, April 8 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Update to EPAAR Text of Provisions and Clauses, Signing of Uniform Hazardous Wastes Manifests.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on April 8 by Stefan Martiyan, Director, Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO).
Summary: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing a new EPAAR, Provision and Clause in Solicitation Provisions and Contract Clauses, and Environmental, Conservation, Occupational Safety, and Drug-Free Workplace.
