ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: REVISION OF TIER 4 CRITERIA POLLUTANT STANDARDS, PART 1: AMENDMENTS TO PHASE-IN SCHEDULE FOR LIGHT-DUTY AND MEDIUM-DUTY VEHICLES

WASHINGTON, May 18 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Revision of Tier 4 Criteria Pollutant Standards, Part 1: Amendments to Phase-In Schedule for Light-Duty and Medium-Duty Vehicles.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on May 18 by Lee Zeldin, Administrator.
