WASHINGTON, Oct. 19 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: New Source Performance Standards and National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants; Delegation of Authority to Northwest Clean Air Agency, Washington State.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 19 by Angeles Herrera, Director, Air and Radiation Division, Region 10.
