WASHINGTON, July 23 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Approval and Promulgation of State Implementation Plans; New Jersey; RACT Certifications for the 2008 and 2015 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 23 by Michael Martucci, Regional Administrator, Region 2.
