WASHINGTON, Oct. 7 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Approval and Promulgation of State Air Quality Plans for Designated Facilities and Pollutants; West Virginia; Negative Declarations for Existing Large Municipal Waste Combustors and Other Solid Waste Incinerators.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 7 by Amy Van Blarcom-Lackey, Regional Administrator, Region III.
