WASHINGTON, March 23 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Approval and Promulgation of State Air Quality Plans for Designated Facilities and Pollutants; Louisiana; Control of Emissions From Existing Other Solid Waste Incineration Units.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on March 23 by Walter Mason, Regional Administrator, Region 6.
