WASHINGTON, Aug. 27 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Approval and Promulgation of State Air Quality Plans for Designated Facilities and Pollutants; City of Philadelphia; Negative Declarations for Existing Commercial and Industrial Solid Waste Incinerators, Large Municipal Waste Incinerators, Small Municipal Waste Incinerators, and Other Solid Waste Incinerators.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 27 by Amy Van Blarcom-Lackey, Regional Administrator, Region III.
