WASHINGTON, Aug. 27 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Approval and Promulgation of State Air Quality Plans for Designated Facilities and Pollutants; Allegheny County; Negative Declaration for Existing Large Municipal Waste Combustors.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 27 by Amy Van Blarcom-Lackey, Regional Administrator, Region III.
