WASHINGTON, June 3 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Amending the Administrative Hearing Procedures for Claims Against the Hazardous Substance Superfund Pursuant to the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on June 3 by Lee Zeldin, Administrator.

Summary: Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to amend the administrative hearing procedures for claims brought against the Hazardous Substance Superfund pursuant to the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA).
