WASHINGTON, May 14 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Alaska: Tentative Determination on Final Authorization of State Hazardous Waste Management Program.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on May 14 by Emma Pokon, Regional Administrator, Region 10.
