The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 11 by Michael Martucci, Acting Regional Administrator, Region IX.
Summary: The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve and conditionally approve revisions to the Maricopa County Air Quality Department (MCAQD or "County") portion of the Arizona State Implementation Plan (SIP).
