WASHINGTON, Aug. 19 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Partial Approval and Partial Conditional Approval; South Carolina; Control of Oxides of Nitrogen and Source Testing Requirements.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 19 by Kristy Eubanks, Deputy Regional Administrator performing the functions and duties of the Regional Administrator, Region 4.
