WASHINGTON, Feb. 27 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approvals; Illinois; Regional Haze Plan for the Second Implementation Period; Interstate Transport of Air Pollution for the 2012 PM.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 27 by Anne Vogel, Regional Administrator, Region 5.
