WASHINGTON, Oct. 29 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval and Air Quality Designation; TN; Attainment Plan and Redesignation of the Sullivan County Nonattainment Area for the 2010 1-Hour Primary SO.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 29 by Kevin McOmber, Regional Administrator, Region 4.
