WASHINGTON, July 15 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval; Wisconsin; Source-Specific Air Quality Implementation Plan; Oak Creek Power Plant.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 15 by Anne Vogel, Regional Administrator, Region 5.
