WASHINGTON, Sept. 30 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval; Reconsideration and Repeal of Air Plan Partial Approval and Partial Disapproval of North Dakota's Regional Haze State Implementation Plan for the Second Implementation Period; Correction.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 30 by Mark A. Smith, Deputy Regional Administrator, Region 8.
